Yoga mats and props are available in the studio, so just bring a water bottle to hydrate after class and a small towel if you'd like.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement; leggings and a top work well.
For Yin Yoga, layers can be helpful, as you may want something cozy -- like a long-sleeved T-shirt or a hoodie, and warm, loose socks.
Evening yoga classes are 75 minutes long. Each class includes a warm-up with a short meditation or breathing practice, followed by a dynamic sequence and a few Yin poses. We’ll conclude with a period of relaxation.
No experience is necessary! All levels are welcome – I’ll offer modifications for different abilities. Beginners are encouraged to join and go at their own pace.
Yes, classes are designed to accommodate various levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. You’re encouraged to modify as needed to suit your comfort and fitness level.

The studio opens 15 minutes before the class or an event. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, especially if it’s your first time. This helps us start on time and creates a relaxed beginning for everyone.

Please try to arrive on time, but if you’re a few minutes late, enter quietly and join in when you’re ready. For your safety, avoid missing the warm-up.
Please arrive a few minutes early if possible, silence your phone, and respect others’ space. Practice with an open mind and be respectful of others’ abilities and limits.
No problem at all! I’ll offer variations, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body. Yoga is about exploring your own limits safely, not pushing through them.
You pay for your class along with your booking, by card.
You will receive a reminder about your upcoming class 48 hours before it starts. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the class begins. If you cancel later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the class/event price.
