In this Evening Yoga class in English, my goal is to help you unwind and recharge midweek. We'll begin with a dynamic Vinyasa flow that builds strength and flexibility, energizing your body and improving circulation. The second half features gentle, passive Yin poses that target deep connective tissues, promoting relaxation and calm.

In tune with November’s shorter days and slower rhythm, this nourishing Yin Yoga session offered a moment to pause, ground, and reconnect. Grounding breathwork, Yin Yoga Flow for Hips & Heart, Gratitude Meditation, Self appreciation in Savasana.
120-minute Yin Yoga session for gentle care of your spine and releasing accumulated tension. Centering and calming breathwork, passive Yin Yoga poses to release and nourish your spine, guided meditation.
60-minute morning vinyasa yoga practice, followed by a relaxed brunch and some wonderful conversations.

Nourishing morning of movement, connection, and good food. Gentle 90-minute Morning Yoga Flow with Sound Healing followed by a relaxed and cozy brunch, where everyone brought a dish to share.
Aroma, tea, and soft music set the tone as we begin with breathwork. A Yin sequence awakens the spine and melts away any tension. We close with meditation, embracing the energy of early spring ☀️
Through Yin poses, self-massage, and meditation, this session guided us towards connecting with ourselves, releasing tension, and practicing self-love. Aroma oils and gentle music to support opening the heart and calming the body were included. 💖
