In this Evening Yoga class in English, my goal is to help you unwind and recharge midweek. We'll begin with a dynamic Vinyasa flow that builds strength and flexibility, energizing your body and improving circulation. The second half features gentle, passive Yin poses that target deep connective tissues, promoting relaxation and calm.

We’ll start with a gentle 60-minute yoga flow to help you reconnect with your body, remember your strength, enjoy a good stretch, and feel energized for the day ahead. After practice, stay for a cozy brunch — bring a dish to share, catch up, chat about summer adventures, and get inspired for the new school year.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, want to deepen your practice with advanced modifications, or simply need a gentle session to unwind, your private class will be fully tailored to you.
Choose between Vinyasa, Yin, or a combination — and enjoy my full attention, with personalized guidance and adjustments in the poses if you’d like them.
Private sessions can take place online or in person, and the length is flexible to fit your schedule.
Private Class — For you alone or with your +1 : CHF 120 (60 minutes)
Small Group Private — For you and 2 to 4 guests: CHF 200 (60 minutes)
Nourishing morning of movement, connection, and good food. Gentle 90-minute Morning Yoga Flow with Sound Healing followed by a relaxed and cozy brunch, where everyone brought a dish to share.
Aroma, tea, and soft music set the tone as we begin with breathwork. A Yin sequence awakens the spine and melts away any tension. We close with meditation, embracing the energy of early spring ☀️
Through Yin poses, self-massage, and meditation, this session guided us towards connecting with ourselves, releasing tension, and practicing self-love. Aroma oils and gentle music to support opening the heart and calming the body were included. 💖
Setting a positive foundation for 2025. Detox and revitalization through breathwork and a Yin sequence focused on the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians. A New Year meditation to align thoughts and intentions, followed by Shavasana to empower and rest. 🌿
